Welcome to Bahama Breeze - our incredibly chic beach-themed boutique hotel! This classic beach motel is newly renovated with all new modern touches and ready to start it's new heyday. We saw the amazing potential the property had, purchased it in mid-2021, and after an in-depth renovation it is ready to be your the ultimate PCB getaway!

Spend your afternoon soaking up the sun at the pool or cabana, or head across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches - literally only 100 yards away!

The newly renovated suites are in the heart of PCB and only steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald blue water! Close to Pier Park, dozens of local restaurants and bars, and steps away from beachfront shops and dining.

When you step into the gated entrance you'll be greeted by the Oasis-like cabana and pool area. This is our favorite part of the property!

Under the covered cabana there is an outdoor kitchen and grilling station, comfortable seating and ceiling fans to stay cool. The cabana overlooks the crystal-clear pool and lounge bench where you can soak up the sun or cool off on a hot day. And there's a large green space to sprawl out, play frisbee or corn hole, or just enjoy the Florida sun.

And don't miss out on the awesome fire pit with string lights that set the mood!

Once inside, you’ll love the beautiful wood flooring, updated furniture, and colorful finishing touches. Each unit has it's own little flare - but yours is the best ;)

The unit has an open concept where the living, dining, and kitchen flow together for a spacious feel. There is a comfortable living room where the sofa folds down to a sleeper to house an additional guest. There are also bar stools at the kitchen counter to enjoy a peaceful breakfast, and a dining table that will comfortably fit your whole party. And the bathroom is completely new.

You’ll have a large and fully stocked kitchen with a fridge and freezer, a stove, dishwasher, and cookware, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need to make yourself at home and even cook your own meals.

There's also a dedicated desk/workspace in the bedroom and 2 comfortable memory foam queen beds. Other in-room amenities include a smart TV with all the streaming services for your enjoyment.

The entire property is also equipped with super-fast WiFi - making the place perfect for a work-cation or vacation streaming.

It is also worth mentioning that this is an older property. Though recently renovated, some things couldn't be changed like the location or number of outlets (they didn't have as many appliances & electronics 70 years ago!). It's not a luxury resort and it is not perfect - but it is a cool spot that we think you will enjoy!

You'll have access to your private suite, and all the common spaces like the pool and cabana.

You'll have the convenience of a contactless check-in, and we have installed a lockbox with a key in it for the guest to use for going in and out. Kindly leave the key in the box so that you won't be charge a lost key fee. Thank you!

We have a local manager who can be available when needed or for extenuating circumstances/emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure - easy as pie.

Bahama Breeze is located in the heart of PCB. You're only a few minutes a way from everything, and less than that away from the beautiful beaches. Pier Park is only 7 minutes away, St. Andrews State Park is 15 minutes, and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is 25 minutes away.

The property is located on a quiet residential block, with most traffic consisting of the neighbors. So it's perfectly tucked away from the normal craziness of staying on the strip.

There is a public beach access on both ends of the property, both are only about a minute walk.

There is a ton that you can walk to within a few blocks like restaurants, bars, and beachfront shops. Uber and Lyft also operate in the area.

Please note that the Bahama Breeze you see today is very different from what it used to be. We renovate and redecorate our units to create a unique feel at our properties. With 18 units on-site, these renovations can’t happen can't happen overnight and we are still improving the property to make it even better. You may see contractors on-site or hear light installation noises during the day. It takes work to create beautiful spaces, so we appreciate your understanding:)

In 1962 our property was built with some pretty thin walls, and although we have quiet hours, sound will occasionally travel and you could potentially hear your neighbors. Fun has gotten a little louder since the 60’s, so don't let our thin walls stop your fun!

This is also our first go-round with offering this property to guests, and there are always growing pains. If anything is not perfect, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right! There is no front desk so please message us through the app.

We'd like to inform you that the neighbors of our property, are currently doing a house renovation. We'd like to give a construction notice regarding this. There would be loud noises and heavy random vibrations. Panama City Beach's noise ordinance for working is 7 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends, so they will probably start early most days. Also, this can happen 7 days a week. We will keep you updated as the progress goes. We ask for your understanding in regard to this and We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any questions, or if we can assist you further.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. The place was private, clean, and the host was quick to respond to me. The absolute best part was the courtyard and the covered grill area. The grill was very nice and new, with all the utensils right there! The pool area was nice too, and the place had a cool beachy feel. We met a few nice people who were also guests. I liked the security gate entrance to the property as well. Inside was clean, nice TV’s and comfy beds. Kitchen was huge and we had all the dishes, pans, etc we needed. We’ll def stay again.

This was my second time staying here two different rooms the first time was amazing that was last April this year was still great but the pool was not cleaned so it was unusable which was a bummer cause I loved jumping in the pool on a hot day. The beach house room was huge plenty of space which was great but I did notice right away that the tub/shower wasn’t cleaned very well and I had to re-clean it myself as well as spots on the counter that had sand from previous people. Other then those two small things the place was great! Comfy beds and beds were clean! Close walk to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants or a quick 5 minute drive to pier park! The hosts were great when I confronted my issues with the place and were very kind when I had questions! Great price for the space and amenities! I do recommend coming anytime after March when the weather is a bit better!

Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. You can’t really beat it. The location was awesome, literally a 1-2 min walk to the beach. Their outdoor oasis was nice, we especially enjoyed the grill area and the relaxing hammock. However, the pool was not very clean and my kids refused to swim in it. That was a bummer. There was also a weird smell in the room that came and went; at times it was really bad. Not sure if it was plumbing or something coming in from outside.

Everything was as advertised, this unit was the biggest unit out of all of the units in the complex. Very impressed with the host and their communication. Cant beat the price either. Only a 3 min walk to a private access beach. My kids and I enjoyed our time. Will be staying here again.

Very disappointed that I was requested to pay an EXTRA CLEANING FEE of 120. Then they canceled that request, and requested 60. I booked this reservation for a family of 5. In no way did we tear up the place, if anything I contacted the host and let her know the sofa was BROKEN (from prior Airbnb guests). In my reservation I did already pay a cleaning fee. The fact that I’m being requested money for extra cleaning is absurd. The pictures they posted are even more ridiculous. I’ve never had this happen to me, and I use this app religiously. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Excellent value! You will not regret booking this stay:). It is about a 60 second walk to the beach (depending on how quickly your feet move). The unit was very quiet and well equipped for our stay with super comfy beds and it smelled terrific! Definitely staying there again!

This was a great beach house stay but very specific for a beach stay. No ironing board or iron, no bathroom counter, very small sectional couch and no HVAC. This is an old housing unit that has been remodeled and although it’s very pretty-it has window AC units. It got pretty warm in the middle of the night. The walk to the beach is literally across the street and there’s a pool, fire pit and hammock right out the door. Overall it’s a nice beach stay

This AirBnb was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. The “Beach House” was spacious and extremely clean. Blake was the perfect AirBnB host. He was extremely attentive and made us feel extremely important. The location was perfect. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor area was a perfect hangout spot for our group. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone. We will be back and stay here again, 100%!

The Beach House is perfect for those of us on a budget but still wanting to "vacation." This location is steps from the beach entrance! After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Take a dip in the pool. The hammock is PERFECT for lounging after a day in the sun. Raining? Sit outside under the covered deck area. The only thing we didn't take advantage of is the fire pit! The kitchen is huge, plenty of room for 4+ for sleeping, the bathroom is perfectly clean. Feel safe inside the locked gate. Would totally recommend this entire property for a large group or multiple families wanting to vacation together! Blake is VERY attentive and responds to messages quickly and does his best to resolve any situation- both in his control or out of his control! Two serious thumbs up!

Place was right across the street to the beach. The public entrance there was not crowded at all and a 3 min walk to get to. Place was clean and big enough for a family of 5. The outdoor area we enjoyed the most! We cooked out and made s’mores one day. Would recommend!

Blake is a top host! The location is in a prime spot! Super cute and close to beach, great pool and yard area and easy parking. Plenty of towels! An absolutely wonderful find. Very clean and very nice room. Blake was very responsive and kind when we messaged him. Our only inconvenience was that only one roll of toilet paper was provided (3 people, 2 night stay), and we had to jump through a few hoops to get more. But he did get it resolved for us and provided us with more tp a few hours later.

Blake’s place was the perfect stay for our family vacation! It is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. If you want to stay on a quieter side of the beach, away from all of the high rises, this is a great place! Just a few steps from the beach and walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet and all of the staff were very accommodating. Blake responds to any questions very promptly and really ensured that we had a wonderful stay! I really can not say enough good things about this place! It’s a true gem and we will definitely stay again on our future trips to PCB!

The place was private, clean, and the host was quick to respond to me. The absolute best part was the courtyard and the covered grill area. The grill was very nice and new, with all the utensils right there! The pool area was nice too, and the place had a cool beachy feel. We met a few nice people who were also guests. I liked the security gate entrance to the property as well. Inside was clean, nice TV’s and comfy beds. Kitchen was huge and we had all the dishes, pans, etc we needed. We’ll def stay again.

This was my second time staying here two different rooms the first time was amazing that was last April this year was still great but the pool was not cleaned so it was unusable which was a bummer cause I loved jumping in the pool on a hot day. The beach house room was huge plenty of space which was great but I did notice right away that the tub/shower wasn’t cleaned very well and I had to re-clean it myself as well as spots on the counter that had sand from previous people. Other then those two small things the place was great! Comfy beds and beds were clean! Close walk to the beach and walking distance to some restaurants or a quick 5 minute drive to pier park! The hosts were great when I confronted my issues with the place and were very kind when I had questions! Great price for the space and amenities! I do recommend coming anytime after March when the weather is a bit better!

Me and my family loved it felt just like home the environment was very nice also with great views most definitely will be staying there again in the future. Thank you Adventure Stay's for making our vacation a memory we will never forget.

Overall, this was a great place to stay for the price. You can’t really beat it. The location was awesome, literally a 1-2 min walk to the beach. Their outdoor oasis was nice, we especially enjoyed the grill area and the relaxing hammock. However, the pool was not very clean and my kids refused to swim in it. That was a bummer. There was also a weird smell in the room that came and went; at times it was really bad. Not sure if it was plumbing or something coming in from outside.

Everything was as advertised, this unit was the biggest unit out of all of the units in the complex. Very impressed with the host and their communication. Cant beat the price either. Only a 3 min walk to a private access beach. My kids and I enjoyed our time. Will be staying here again.

Very disappointed that I was requested to pay an EXTRA CLEANING FEE of 120. Then they canceled that request, and requested 60. I booked this reservation for a family of 5. In no way did we tear up the place, if anything I contacted the host and let her know the sofa was BROKEN (from prior Airbnb guests). In my reservation I did already pay a cleaning fee. The fact that I’m being requested money for extra cleaning is absurd. The pictures they posted are even more ridiculous. I’ve never had this happen to me, and I use this app religiously. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

The pictures do not do it’s justice! It is an older building but this room has been remodeled beautifully. The beach access is literally across the road too. The place was super clean. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent value! You will not regret booking this stay:). It is about a 60 second walk to the beach (depending on how quickly your feet move). The unit was very quiet and well equipped for our stay with super comfy beds and it smelled terrific! Definitely staying there again!

This was a great beach house stay but very specific for a beach stay. No ironing board or iron, no bathroom counter, very small sectional couch and no HVAC. This is an old housing unit that has been remodeled and although it’s very pretty-it has window AC units. It got pretty warm in the middle of the night. The walk to the beach is literally across the street and there’s a pool, fire pit and hammock right out the door. Overall it’s a nice beach stay

This little beach house was so cute! The outdoor area was inviting and secure especially with little ones! It was literally a 1 min walk to the beach and away from the big hotel crowd! Would def recommend this place!

This AirBnb was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. The “Beach House” was spacious and extremely clean. Blake was the perfect AirBnB host. He was extremely attentive and made us feel extremely important. The location was perfect. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor area was a perfect hangout spot for our group. I definitely recommend this spot to anyone. We will be back and stay here again, 100%!

The Beach House is perfect for those of us on a budget but still wanting to "vacation." This location is steps from the beach entrance! After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. Take a dip in the pool. The hammock is PERFECT for lounging after a day in the sun. Raining? Sit outside under the covered deck area. The only thing we didn't take advantage of is the fire pit! The kitchen is huge, plenty of room for 4+ for sleeping, the bathroom is perfectly clean. Feel safe inside the locked gate. Would totally recommend this entire property for a large group or multiple families wanting to vacation together! Blake is VERY attentive and responds to messages quickly and does his best to resolve any situation- both in his control or out of his control! Two serious thumbs up!

Place was right across the street to the beach. The public entrance there was not crowded at all and a 3 min walk to get to. Place was clean and big enough for a family of 5. The outdoor area we enjoyed the most! We cooked out and made s’mores one day. Would recommend!

Blake is a top host! The location is in a prime spot! Super cute and close to beach, great pool and yard area and easy parking. Plenty of towels! An absolutely wonderful find. Will make this our first choice/check to see if it’s available when we come back to panhandle. Unit has full kitchen, plenty of space in bedroom with desk area. Very clean and very nice room. Blake was very responsive and kind when we messaged him. Our only inconvenience was that only one roll of toilet paper was provided (3 people, 2 night stay), and we had to jump through a few hoops to get more. But he did get it resolved for us and provided us with more tp a few hours later.

Blake’s place was the perfect stay for our family vacation! It is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. If you want to stay on a quieter side of the beach, away from all of the high rises, this is a great place! Just a few steps from the beach and walking distance to a few stores, restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet and all of the staff were very accommodating. Blake responds to any questions very promptly and really ensured that we had a wonderful stay! I really can not say enough good things about this place! It’s a true gem and we will definitely stay again on our future trips to PCB!
