Welcome to Adventure Lodge! This great location is within a short walk of the most popular attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Spend your stay exploring Heavenly Village and the Gondola to Heavenly Resort, Lakeside Beach at Lake Tahoe, Harrah's and Hard Rock Casino, and dozens of restaurants, galleries, and bars. The newly renovated lodge has:

Our stylish lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable and unique stay. Adventure Stays properties set themselves apart with the quality and consistency of a hotel plus the flexibility you love with Airbnb.

Adventure Lodge has just been fully renovated and you'll be among the first guests in the fresh, new suites! The lodge is a multi-unit, boutique property and this unit sleeps 2 people snugly. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by fresh design and all new furniture! The property has undergone a beautiful redesign that you'll feel the moment you walk in. Whether embarking on any of the local adventures at your disposal from hiking, to snowboarding or skiing, to diving in the crystal clear lake or just relaxing out of the busyness of the city - Adventure Lodge has what you need!

The space is well-equipped with a comfortable full-sized memory foam mattress and there is plenty of outdoor space where we have lawn games, chairs, tables, couches, a fire pit, and more for you to enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere.

Your room has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig to get energized in the mornings. There is a spacious full bathroom with all new tile shower.

The is room is also furnished with a flat-screen smart TV with all the streaming services for you to login to. During your stay, you may be on "mountain time" but the super-fast WiFi (1 Gb) will be working overtime for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!

The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights to soak it all in. So, what are you waiting for?

You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

There is a parking lot on site and you will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to or hop on a Lime or Uber scooter to get to. We give the walkability a 10/10!

Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units.

The building was originally built in the 50’s and unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard from the adjacent units, but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.

Your furry friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds.

Please note that we do not have Generator for power interruptions.

Also, note that the Adventure Lodge you see today is very different from what it used to be. We renovate and redecorate our units to create a unique feel at our properties. With 20 units on-site, these renovations can’t happen overnight, and we are still in the process of improving the property to make it even better. It takes work to create beautiful spaces, so we appreciate your understanding:)

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are NOT guaranteed.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

Adventure Stays was a great host, really responsive and it was nice to see they do have someone on site consistently keeping the place tidy. The place was quiet after 10pm. The bathroom was really clean which we appreciated, and the bed mattress was in great condition. Overall a great stay and we really appreciate the hospitality. Oh, and it was super close to everything which made walking to places easy.

This place was so awesome!! Honestly, only good things to say! The whole campsite, not just our tent, was well-kept, clean and spacious. Outdoor kitchen and showers were awesome (has hot water). Only thing I noticed missing is some portable phone chargers or outlet. We used our car to charge a bit, so was not a big deal. The private trail and waterfall are super cool to have on-site. Loved it all and well worth the price!

Awesome location. Walking distance to Heavenly Plaza and stateline Casinos. There are 7 eleven and great pizza sushi, coffee places nearby. Very safe location with many monitoring cameras in general areas. Love the laminate flooring, I hate the carpet that most hotels and other lodges have. Very clean bathroom. Have heater, AC, Mini fridge, TV. Great stay in general. Will definitely come back, hope they can keep the price reason as of now.

Stayed for a quick overnight trip for a show at Harvey’s. Complex and unit were easy to find with designated parking. Keyless check in/check out was a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the updated decor of the room, and although the space was small it was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities and a nice mattress. Nice outdoor seating area. Really great coffee shop immediately next door and a bottle shop across the street. Very easy to walk right into downtown. Would book here again for a short stay.

Great spot!! Walkable to everything in the main downtown South Lake Tahoe area. The bathroom and shower were lovely and it was a bonus that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. One less thing to dig out of our bags ??. Parking could be a little tricky depending on the time of day as well but it was manageable for us.

Very easy to find, great flexibility with check in time, and made it very straightforward on how to check in! They made it so easy to have privacy & have an easy time there. Negative: Not enough parking, my car was hit by another guest as they tried to get out of the tight parking. Door to room did not close properly, had to close the door just right for the automatic lock to lock.

This place was perfect for a weekend of skiing at Heavenly. Just 5 minutes from the resort and near a ton of restaurants too. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed the stay and it was a very reasonable price too!

I had a great stay at Adventure Lodge! I was a bit nervous to come because of the amount of snow Lake Tahoe had been getting. Adventure Stays was responsive and helpful in updating me on weather conditions and affirming that it would be safe to come. I am so glad I did! The skiing and scenery was incredible. The room was just right for me as a solo-traveler. It was clean, free parking, and right by the Heavenly Ski Base Area. I am looking forward to coming back to Lake Tahoe and I would definitely stay at Adventure Lodge again!

The host was attentive, caring, communicative. The room was clean, attractive, tasteful updates. Description online accurate: “cozy”snugly fits 2 adults. Had wet boot tray, space under the bed & TV table for belongings. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower & table for toiletries. The area was quiet even though there were lots of other guests on a holiday weekend who were polite, kind & considerate. Parking challenging due to a big storm where plows piled up snow in areas that might otherwise fit cars. The size of the main room is adequate, on small side. The aesthetic clean quiet space & large bathroom w/ responsive host make it comfortable & super cozy.

Loved it! Conveniently located and perfect for our needs. There was plenty of food options within walking distance! Room was comfortable. They even made sure there was a fridge with a coffee maker and microwave which is a huge plus. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next Tahoe stay.

Very well decorated and clean, however the rooms are TINY! This is a ONE person room. It is a full bed and so cramped we didn't have any room. The mattress was hard as a rock. It made the stay more uncomfortable than a couples romantic getaway. Bummed because it looks so cute in the picture.

Read some past reviews about the place not having AC or fan. So we decided to take ours and honestly the place is renovated with window AC and a fan. Love how it has everything at walking distance and the place was super clean and comfy. Would definitely book again with them .

Room was smaller than pictures. Basically Motel 6 style with microwave and coffee machine. Our biggest problem was bed… the mattress is so uncomfortable.. I’d rather have a better mattress than coffee machine and microwave that are hardly useable. We didn’t have a good experience here. I think the only thing that matters in this type of rooms is comfortable bed cuz you’re there to sleep.

Check-in was seamless and convenient. The room was very clean and cozy. Property is very close and convenient to restaurants/shops/activities, perfect if you don't mind walking, which was our primary means of getting around town during our stay. Parking was somewhat cramped, but there was always a spot available. Overall this is a great location and we had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend this property.

Place was clean, quiet with a very simple check in and out process. Location could not have been better, as its a 5 minute walk to Heavenly Village for food and entertainment or any other popular stores to visit. Host response time was impeccable. Had zero issues with the stay, and they were on top of informing me about check in, check out and seeing if there was anything else I required during my stay.

Overall great experience! Best value for money. The space is fairly tight, but very clean, updated and smells good! Location is perfect, you’re steps away from all the restaurants and shops and the heavenly gondola. Parking is convenient, the outside lounge chairs are very cute, the gas fire place/heater outside is a nice touch! Don’t bring large suitcases though, coz there’s really no room to put them, perfect for backpackers!

Good location and the communication was good. I do feel however the people running this place don’t seem to want to make things right at all. We arrived and were quickly trying to get out the door to get to our concert. All of our stuff in the room and the door wouldn’t lock. I tried for 10 minutes pulling hard on the door, lifting the door, lightly pushing it away from the jam. The lock just kept not locking. The place was decent clean. But stuffy and hot. The rug under the bed was dirty and dingy. We ended up coming back from the concert to change and go get dinner and again. The door wouldn’t lock. I let them know and all we got was a sorry. Can’t do anything about it till tomorrow. Well I’m not feeling like waiting till tomorrow to leave my stuff in a unlocked room on the Tahoe strip. I sent a message to the people running this place and let them know I was leaving and not staying. I did not feel safe to leave my valuables in a unlocked hotel room. The response was how sorry they were and asking me if it would be ok to fix it. They was no offer of a discount or compensation for not staying there due to this. So no I will never stay there again. I know things happen. But things also are expensive. You had no problem taking my $$. But there were problems making it right. I’m very fair with my review and always give the benefit of the doubt. But this one was not that inspiring.

We had a nice stay at Blake's Airbnb in South Lake Tahoe. This was a newly renovated, very clean space, which we greatly appreciated! Blake was an outstanding communicator/host. The unit is part of a building that looks like the commonly-found motel-style rooms around South Lake Tahoe. The room is cozy as described and the bed is Full-size memory foam. The bathroom is actually quite spacious for the size of the room and very clean/new. Nice sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker all appreciated. The complex has common outdoor space which we didn't use but seemed nice. The location is walking distance to many things in South Lake Tahoe including the beach and many restaurants. I didn't find the location too loud but it is closer to a main road, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper just in case.

The location can’t be beat. I’ve sent a message directly to the owner to suggest some changes. One main challenge was the room was very warm the entire stay, no matter what we did. Otherwise, seemed clean and had simple basic amenities. I don’t think we’d pay the price to stay again during an event weekend though.

Newly renovated room that’s centrally located to the beaches, hikes, and food. Bed was firmer but comfortable. Shower worked fine. WiFi was fast. Lots of wall outlets available. Place is close to the road and you can hear the traffic. Consider bringing a fan to cool the room down (and ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper) for a more comfortable sleep. Parking fills up quick if you get back late and spots are tight, but we were able to park next to the building alongside the road without a problem. Good space for two people and would recommend for a quick weekend stay!
