Welcome to Adventure Lodge! This great location is within a short walk of the most popular attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Spend your stay exploring Heavenly Village and the Gondola to Heavenly Resort, Lakeside Beach at Lake Tahoe, Harrah's and Hard Rock Casino, and dozens of restaurants, galleries, and bars. The newly renovated lodge has:

Our stylish lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable and unique stay. Adventure Stays properties set themselves apart with the quality and consistency of a hotel plus the flexibility you love with Airbnb.

Adventure Lodge has just been fully renovated and you'll be among the first guests in the fresh, new suites! The lodge is a multi-unit, boutique property and this unit sleeps 2 people snugly. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly.

Once inside, you'll be greeted by fresh design and all new furniture! The property has undergone a beautiful redesign that you'll feel the moment you walk in. Whether embarking on any of the local adventures at your disposal from hiking, to snowboarding or skiing, to diving in the crystal clear lake or just relaxing out of the busyness of the city - Adventure Lodge has what you need!

The space is well-equipped with a comfortable full-sized memory foam mattress and there is plenty of outdoor space where we have lawn games, chairs, tables, couches, a fire pit, and more for you to enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere.

Your room has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig to get energized in the mornings. There is a spacious full bathroom with all new tile shower.

The is room is also furnished with a flat-screen smart TV with all the streaming services for you to login to. During your stay, you may be on "mountain time" but the super-fast WiFi (1 Gb) will be working overtime for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!

The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights to soak it all in. So, what are you waiting for?

You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

There is a parking lot on site and you will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to or hop on a Lime or Uber scooter to get to. We give the walkability a 10/10!

Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units.

The building was originally built in the 50’s and unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard from the adjacent units, but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.

Your furry friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds.

Please note that we do not have Generator for power interruptions.

Also, note that the Adventure Lodge you see today is very different from what it used to be. We renovate and redecorate our units to create a unique feel at our properties. With 20 units on-site, these renovations can’t happen overnight, and we are still in the process of improving the property to make it even better. It takes work to create beautiful spaces, so we appreciate your understanding:)

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are NOT guaranteed.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

This was by far the best place I think we could have stayed! Close to everything fun (restaurants, beaches, Heavenly, etc.) and also VERY clean (I mean seriously spotless). Our room looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and friendly as well! It was a breeze to check in and out. I highly recommend Adventure Lodge for your stay in South Lake Tahoe!

This was the perfect spot for us and our 2 little dogs. There's a lot we could walk to, and it was a quick drive to a few different beaches. The communication was super quick and clear, and we really had zero issues. We originally had a stay booked at a nearby hotel, but I'm really glad we stayed here instead. We would happily stay here again.

Great, affordable rental in a PERFECT location in South Lake Tahoe! The unit itself is a simple living space with a modern bathroom - the living space is a little tight but for a group of 2 it worked just fine for us. However, the real draw of this unit is the great location! It's a quick ~7 minute walk to Heavenly Village and another 3-5 minute walk from there to Harrah's and Harvey's casinos. It was great to avoid the hassle of parking in that area and having the freedom to walk about. Would consider staying again next time we are in Tahoe.

Stayed for a few nights and unfortunately was snowed in until further notice. Host was very pleased for me to extend my stay during the highway closures but when i had the chance to get down the mountain during a small period of sunshine i jumped at the opportunity and made it down 2 hours before they closed up the highways again. The problem i had was that the host knew i was in a bad situation due to weather closing down my limited ways to get back home yet when i asked for them to cancel the last 3 days i had extended for(only stayed an extra day not the 4 i ended up paying for) they refused my refund saying “its too late for them to fill those days since the room was booked by someone else a day after my extension period. $300 isnt going to destroy my vacation but seeing the greediness this airbnb had has taught me this is NOT the place to stay in the future.

Adventure stays is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the heavenly village. It is a 2 to 3 minute drive to the heavenly village and a five minute drive to the casinos. You can also walk to the heavenly village if you don’t mind a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a 7-Eleven in a subway directly across the street which you can actually walk to if you’re looking for something quick. It was super easy to check in and check out. The room was super clean and cute. It was really easy to get a hold of adventure stays if I needed anything. They were super nice and had a really fast response time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Tahoe.

Our room was nice, clean, and ready on time. Room was much smaller than it looks in pictures. The bed was like a slab of concrete. The parking lot was definitely not spacious, very cramped and many vehicles had to find road parking. The location was good with easy access to downtown. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at and was really pleased. The check in/out process was extremely organized and easy. The location of the listing was perfect. I was impressed with the cleanliness and amenities/toiletries that were provided. The bed was also really comfy. They made sure to touch base with me to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay better- definitely a plus. Great location! Walkability to the lake and the Village with lots of restaurants and shopping! They are doing a really beautiful job remodeling but with that comes some noise. I would request a room nearer to the back of the complex to avoid the new construction all together. Rooms are on the small size but they are clean and modern. Host Blake was very easy to reach and made amazing recommendations.

The location was good. I was disappointed with the strands of hair on the sheets . On vacation I always look for a clean bed and a clean bathroom. When I told the host about the strands of hair on the sheets he said there might have been an accident when folding the sheets. Was surprised at his answer. He refunded me 5 dollars for the dirty sheets. Think about this.

Was a great place that was close enough to town but not close enough to hear the hustle and bustle of the night life! Their description was accurate and they provided a little binder with useful and relevant information. Would stay here again!

This was by far the best place I think we could have stayed! Close to everything fun (restaurants, beaches, Heavenly, etc.) and also VERY clean (I mean seriously spotless). Our room looked just like the photos. The host was very responsive and friendly as well! It was a breeze to check in and out. I highly recommend Adventure Lodge for your stay in South Lake Tahoe!

The bed was more firm than I'm used to and I forgot to grab my pillow. Besides that, it was a great place to lay my head for the night after an amazing Foo Fighters concert. I'd be happy to stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for us and our 2 little dogs. There's a lot we could walk to, and it was a quick drive to a few different beaches. The communication was super quick and clear, and we really had zero issues. We originally had a stay booked at a nearby hotel, but I'm really glad we stayed here instead. We would happily stay here again.

My fiance and I booked adventure stays and we absolutely loved it! It was close to all the stores and restaurants so we loved that we were able to walk everywhere! Perfect location to get around and the beach was 5-7 minutes away which was a plus for us! Will definitely book again!

Room is exactly as seen on pictures. It was very close and walking distance to just about everything. Will definitely look into booking here again on our next trip to Lake Tahoe.

Definitely worth the price. Room is small and cozy as described. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Parking space is a bit limited but you can find space alongside the building.

Great, affordable rental in a PERFECT location in South Lake Tahoe! The unit itself is a simple living space with a modern bathroom - the living space is a little tight but for a group of 2 it worked just fine for us. However, the real draw of this unit is the great location! It's a quick ~7 minute walk to Heavenly Village and another 3-5 minute walk from there to Harrah's and Harvey's casinos. It was great to avoid the hassle of parking in that area and having the freedom to walk about. Would consider staying again next time we are in Tahoe.

Stayed for a few nights and unfortunately was snowed in until further notice. Host was very pleased for me to extend my stay during the highway closures but when i had the chance to get down the mountain during a small period of sunshine i jumped at the opportunity and made it down 2 hours before they closed up the highways again. The problem i had was that the host knew i was in a bad situation due to weather closing down my limited ways to get back home yet when i asked for them to cancel the last 3 days i had extended for(only stayed an extra day not the 4 i ended up paying for) they refused my refund saying “its too late for them to fill those days since the room was booked by someone else a day after my extension period. $300 isnt going to destroy my vacation but seeing the greediness this airbnb had has taught me this is NOT the place to stay in the future.

Adventure stays is a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the heavenly village. It is a 2 to 3 minute drive to the heavenly village and a five minute drive to the casinos. You can also walk to the heavenly village if you don’t mind a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a 7-Eleven in a subway directly across the street which you can actually walk to if you’re looking for something quick. It was super easy to check in and check out. The room was super clean and cute. It was really easy to get a hold of adventure stays if I needed anything. They were super nice and had a really fast response time. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Tahoe.

Adventures stays is small, affordable and not far from South Lake Tahoe downtown area. The only issue I had was the parking as some other tenants were double parking. It’s a small cute place

Great place to stay for a ski trip! 5 minute drive to Heavenly and 2 minute drive to grocery store! Right across from a 7/11 and pizza place which made it super convenient as well!

Lovely place but would only recommend if you are staying for a short amount of time. The place is smaller than I realized but it was really clean and at a good location. Also, parking is limited, wish it would come with an assigned parking.

Our room was nice, clean, and ready on time. Room was much smaller than it looks in pictures. The bed was like a slab of concrete. The parking lot was definitely not spacious, very cramped and many vehicles had to find road parking. The location was good with easy access to downtown. Checkout was easy and communication with the host was very easy.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at and was really pleased. The check in/out process was extremely organized and easy. The location of the listing was perfect. I was impressed with the cleanliness and amenities/toiletries that were provided. The bed was also really comfy. They made sure to touch base with me to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay better- definitely a plus. I 100% recommend this place and will plan to stay here again whenever I’m back in Tahoe! Two thumbs up!!

Great location! Walkability to the lake and the Village with lots of restaurants and shopping! They are doing a really beautiful job remodeling but with that comes some noise. I would request a room nearer to the back of the complex to avoid the new construction all together. Rooms are on the small size but they are clean and modern. Host Blake was very easy to reach and made amazing recommendations.

Rooms are a bit small with 2 people and 2 dogs but definitely do-able! Great location and walkable to a delicious coffee shop! Really great price and clean/updated rooms. Parking was super tricky and definitely recommend parking and leaving your car by early evening because you won’t find a spot! Thank you!

Everything about our stay came as advertised! Blake was very responsive and timely with providing instructions for check in/out. Weather happened to be quite warm when we were there (90°+) so definitely consider the likelihood of not having A/C if booking in summer months. Overall highly recommend!

Pros: Good location, there is a supermarket across the street and nice café nextdoor. Free parking appreciated. Communication with the host just amazing. Cons: no air conditioning and slightly uncomfortable bed (too firm for me). I wouldn't say I had the best sleep ever... but for a 1/2-night stay is OK.

Room was clean and the bed was great! Best price someone could get for that area and location. Walking distance to all the happening spots but not so close you get caught up in the noise and traffic. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was good. I was disappointed with the strands of hair on the sheets . On vacation I always look for a clean bed and a clean bathroom. When I told the host about the strands of hair on the sheets he said there might have been an accident when folding the sheets. Was surprised at his answer. He refunded me 5 dollars for the dirty sheets. Think about this.

Great, clean and well-kept room. We enjoyed our stay here. It is a tad small, but if you're mostly out and about, it works just fine! The location is walkable from a lot of restaurant and bar options.
