Welcome to Bahama Breeze - our incredibly chic beach-themed boutique hotel! This classic beach motel is newly renovated with all new modern touches and ready to start it's new heyday. We saw the amazing potential the property had, purchased it in mid-2021, and after an in-depth renovation it is ready to be your the ultimate PCB getaway!

Spend your afternoon soaking up the sun at the pool or cabana, or head across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches - literally only 100 yards away!

The newly renovated suites are in the heart of PCB and only steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald blue water! Close to Pier Park, dozens of local restaurants and bars, and steps away from beachfront shops and dining.

When you step into the gated entrance you'll be greeted by the Oasis-like cabana and pool area. This is our favorite part of the property!

Under the covered cabana there is a comfortable seating and ceiling fans to stay cool. The cabana overlooks the crystal-clear pool and lounge bench where you can soak up the sun or cool off on a hot day. And there's a large green space to sprawl out, play frisbee or corn hole, or just enjoy the Florida sun.

Once inside, you’ll love the beautiful wood flooring, updated furniture, and colorful finishing touches. Each unit has it's own little flare - but yours is the best ;) We saved the original blue and emerald tile in the bathrooms to marry the new modern look with the historic and flaring colors of the traditional beach motel vibe.

You’ll have a fully stocked kitchenette with a mini-fridge and freezer, a two-burner stovetop and cookware, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need to make yourself at home and even cook your own meals.

There's also a dedicated desk/workspace, dining table, and a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Other in-room amenities include a smart TV with all the streaming services for your enjoyment. (Guests needs to sign - in to their own account)

The entire property is also equipped with super-fast WiFi - making the place perfect for a work-cation or vacation streaming.

It is also worth mentioning that this is an older property. Though recently renovated, some things couldn't be changed like the location or number of outlets (they didn't have as many appliances & electronics 70 years ago!). It's not a luxury resort and it is not perfect - but it is a cool spot that we think you will enjoy!

You'll have access to your private suite, and all the common spaces like the pool and cabana.

You'll have the convenience of a contactless check-in, and we have installed a lockbox with a key in it for the guest to use for going in and out. Kindly leave the key in the box so that you won't be charge a lost key fee. Thank you!

The Bahama Breeze you see today is very different from what it used to be. We renovate and redecorate our units to create a unique feel at our properties, but we can't change everything. It's an older property and some things are what they are, but we think that you will see the value with what all it offers.

In 1962 our property was built with some pretty thin walls, and although we have quiet hours, sound will occasionally travel and you could potentially hear your neighbors. Fun has gotten a little louder since the 60’s, so don't let our thin walls stop your fun!

This is also our first go-round with offering this property to guests, and there are always growing pains and if anything needs addressed please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right!

The pool is not heated so expect the water to be cold in the winter months.

The door in the unit has a self lock feature, so rest assured you are safe.

Please note that Early Check - In / Late Check - Out are not guaranteed.

There is no front desk so please message us through the app. We strive to offer a contactless and flexible reservation process for our guests, we don't want to bog you down by having to go to a desk to check-in and all the of structure of a traditional hotel. However, we do have dedicated staff who can be onsite if you need us.

Unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard, but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.

We'd like to inform you that the neighbors of our property, are currently doing a house renovation. We'd like to give a construction notice regarding this. There would be loud noises and heavy random vibrations. Panama City Beach's noise ordinance for working is 7 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends, so they will probably start early most days. Also, this can happen 7 days a week. We will keep you updated as the progress goes. We ask for your understanding in regard to this and We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any questions, or if we can assist you further.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay and we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

Staying here was great! Relatively clean and a perfect place to crash. Only complaint is the WiFi doesn’t work, so bring your DVD player or a downloaded show if you want a movie after your day at the beach! Otherwise I’d totally recommend.

My boyfriend and I went to PCB for the night and wanted to get a last minute Airbnb and thankfully we were able to find a place that had the perfect location and for a very affordable price! Great place very near the beach. Spotlessly clean and very well priced in the off season. It is a renovated single story old motel now fenced in with a courtyard. The nicely renovated kitchenette has a small refrigerator and freezer, a two burner electric cooktop, microwave and dishware for two. Bedding and bed newer and comfortable and the room spacious and equipped enough with a dining table for two that it would be comfortable for a longer stay. Only negative is the walls are thin and sound travels. They have a recommended quite time and people were quiet and courteous but you can hear neighbors on phones, etc and everything from folks in the courtyard. If you are there in the high season, you might pack some ear plugs and enjoy it as it is great in many ways. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Bahama Breeze. Just enough space for my wife and I and our baby. Communication was superb and always quick and up to date. The compound was well kept and the fire pit, grill area, pool and hammock were really great touches, would certainly recommend and come back some other time.

Quaint location. Beautiful on the inner court, with many amenities. You'll be staying literally right across the street from multiple beach access points. And within walking distance of many shoppes. I highly recommend this for any stay in PCB!

This place is clean & cozy. All necessities were there. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, etc. Coffee pods provided. An easy walk to the beach & a couple of restaurants & coffee shop. Outside area is well set up with pool, fire pit & covered area with bbq. A quiet area away from the crowds. Only negatives were the bright lights outside that come through the windows at night. The outside gates had keypads but were always left open. Quite a small place & very small bathroom, but worked fine for my husband & I. No extra amenities, but enough to be comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again!

This place was great. Perfect setup with the courtyard, pool, deck/grill area and firepit. Everything was very clean and I really liked the gated entry. Loved our stay! Love the retro vibe! We were in room 110. Perfect for one or two people. Comfy bed, great TV, clean, and actually looks like the pictures!! It was so quiet and peaceful and I really enjoyed late nights sitting in the gazebo area chatting with some of the other guests. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick… literally took less time and effort to get there than any of the condos on the beach we’ve stayed at! The beaches were beautiful and not crowded like some areas. It’s a great location away from the crowds, but close enough to get to all the action. The bathroom is small, but was fine and the hot water was excellent… never lost its heat even with long showers! Towels were plush, not thin and cheap. We didn’t cook or use any dishes, but the kitchenette seemed well stocked for small meals. There’s not a dishwasher, so not sure how the utensils and dishes are sanitized, but it didn’t look like they had been used much (one of the knives still had a tag on it!). And, important with those hot Florida temps… the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool! Some things to note (not cons, but just for packing purposes) The mirrors are small and hung very high. I went to Ross and bought a table stand mirror so I could put my makeup on (but that didn’t help much with trying to see what my outfits or bathing suit looked like)… so if you need one, pack a makeup mirror There wasn’t anywhere to put suitcases except on the floor. There’s a small kitchen table and a desk, but we were using those, so they didn’t work for suitcases. There’s also isn’t a place to put hanging clothes. There are hooks on bathroom door, but we didn’t want dress clothes hanging in the bathroom. We just laid them over the back of the kitchen table chairs. I’ve suggested that the owner provide luggage racks and install a bar for hanging clothes. If not, next time will just bring a folding luggage rack. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for shower. I always bring my own, so not a big deal, but something to know We got an amazing price, so it made the deal even sweeter! If you crave a retro boutique type hotel, I highly recommend.

We loved Blake’s place! It was clean and cute. The only thing I would change is the bed it’s a bit firm and it’s not attached to the headboard so it moves a lot when you get up. But it’s not a deal breaker at all the price and location are great!

The Airbnb was just as listed. Blake responded to our messages and concerns fairly quick. The room was clean and neat. The 5 minute walk from the beach was my favorite part. The place was great. The AC was amazing. Surprisingly unlike a lot of Airbnb’s the bed here was actually so comfortable. Now the place is a bit small but if you’re looking to get away by yourself or with your significant other, it’s perfect. The pool is very clean. Another thing that I liked is that it’s so close to the beach and not too far from all the attractions. Will be booking here again soon. Lastly Blake’s communication is great! He replies fairly quick and as well checked on me to make sure I was comfortable at the stay.

Bahama Breeze is perfectly secluded from all the hustle and bustle and right across the street from the beach with easy access. The communal fire pit, pool, and lounge area was my favorite. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great location- you are about a 2 minute walk away from the beach. That side of the beach is also MUCH less crowded and much more quiet. It is an excellent value and the room was very cute and clean. The complex itself was also very quiet and our fellow guests were all nice and respectful.

Apologies for the unclear pool! We addressed this with our pool vendor and have implemented further quality control measures to ensure it stays clear! This was the first time they were slacking and now hopefully the last! We'd love to have you back in the future for a more pleasant stay with a crystal clear pool. And we'll go through and change out any flat pillows so you can spend the day at the pool and then sleep like a baby at night :)

Clean simple room with all you need! The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean. AC + fan makes it very comfortable even in Florida's warm temps. The lights in the courtyard made it a little difficult for my partner to sleep (although I slept fine) and the street sounds were loud due to the motorcycle weekend event that was happening, but other than that the room was just what we needed for a quick one-night stay before an early flight home.

Staying here was great! Relatively clean and a perfect place to crash. Only complaint is the WiFi doesn’t work, so bring your DVD player or a downloaded show if you want a movie after your day at the beach! Otherwise I’d totally recommend.

My boyfriend and I went to PCB for the night and wanted to get a last minute Airbnb and thankfully we were able to find a place that had the perfect location and for a very affordable price! Great place very near the beach. Spotlessly clean and very well priced in the off season. It is a renovated single story old motel now fenced in with a courtyard. The nicely renovated kitchenette has a small refrigerator and freezer, a two burner electric cooktop, microwave and dishware for two. Bedding and bed newer and comfortable and the room spacious and equipped enough with a dining table for two that it would be comfortable for a longer stay. Only negative is the walls are thin and sound travels. They have a recommended quite time and people were quiet and courteous but you can hear neighbors on phones, etc and everything from folks in the courtyard. If you are there in the high season, you might pack some ear plugs and enjoy it as it is great in many ways. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Bahama Breeze. Just enough space for my wife and I and our baby. Communication was superb and always quick and up to date. Quaint location. Beautiful on the inner court, with many amenities. You'll be staying literally right across the street from multiple beach access points. And within walking distance of many shoppes. I highly recommend this for any stay in PCB!

This place is clean & cozy. All necessities were there. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, etc. Coffee pods provided. An easy walk to the beach & a couple of restaurants & coffee shop. Outside area is well set up with pool, fire pit & covered area with bbq. A quiet area away from the crowds. Only negatives were the bright lights outside that come through the windows at night. The outside gates had keypads but were always left open. Quite a small place & very small bathroom, but worked fine for my husband & I. No extra amenities, but enough to be comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Love the retro vibe! We were in room 110. Perfect for one or two people. Comfy bed, great TV, clean, and actually looks like the pictures!! It was so quiet and peaceful and I really enjoyed late nights sitting in the gazebo area chatting with some of the other guests. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick… literally took less time and effort to get there than any of the condos on the beach we’ve stayed at! The beaches were beautiful and not crowded like some areas. It’s a great location away from the crowds, but close enough to get to all the action. The bathroom is small, but was fine and the hot water was excellent… never lost its heat even with long showers! Towels were plush, not thin and cheap. We didn’t cook or use any dishes, but the kitchenette seemed well stocked for small meals. There’s not a dishwasher, so not sure how the utensils and dishes are sanitized, but it didn’t look like they had been used much (one of the knives still had a tag on it!). And, important with those hot Florida temps… the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool! Some things to note (not cons, but just for packing purposes) The mirrors are small and hung very high. I went to Ross and bought a table stand mirror so I could put my makeup on (but that didn’t help much with trying to see what my outfits or bathing suit looked like)… so if you need one, pack a makeup mirror There wasn’t anywhere to put suitcases except on the floor. There’s a small kitchen table and a desk, but we were using those, so they didn’t work for suitcases. There’s also isn’t a place to put hanging clothes. There are hooks on bathroom door, but we didn’t want dress clothes hanging in the bathroom. We just laid them over the back of the kitchen table chairs. I’ve suggested that the owner provide luggage racks and install a bar for hanging clothes. If not, next time will just bring a folding luggage rack. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for shower. I always bring my own, so not a big deal, but something to know We got an amazing price, so it made the deal even sweeter! If you crave a retro boutique type hotel, I highly recommend.

We loved Blake’s place! It was clean and cute. The only thing I would change is the bed it’s a bit firm and it’s not attached to the headboard so it moves a lot when you get up. But it’s not a deal breaker at all the price and location are great!

The Airbnb was just as listed. Blake responded to our messages and concerns fairly quick. The room was clean and neat. The 5 minute walk from the beach was my favorite part. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the pool area and pit area were beautiful and gave off the perfect cozy feel. Overall our stay was wonderful.

The place was great. The AC was amazing. Surprisingly unlike a lot of Airbnb’s the bed here was actually so comfortable. Now the place is a bit small but if you’re looking to get away by yourself or with your significant other, it’s perfect. The pool is very clean. Another thing that I liked is that it’s so close to the beach and not too far from all the attractions. Will be booking here again soon. Lastly Blake’s communication is great! He replies fairly quick and as well checked on me to make sure I was comfortable at the stay.

Bahama Breeze is perfectly secluded from all the hustle and bustle and right across the street from the beach with easy access. The communal fire pit, pool, and lounge area was my favorite. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great location- you are about a 2 minute walk away from the beach. That side of the beach is also MUCH less crowded and much more quiet. It is an excellent value and the room was very cute and clean. The complex itself was also very quiet and our fellow guests were all nice and respectful.

Clean simple room with all you need! The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean. AC + fan makes it very comfortable even in Florida's warm temps. The lights in the courtyard made it a little difficult for my partner to sleep (although I slept fine) and the street sounds were loud due to the motorcycle weekend event that was happening, but other than that the room was just what we needed for a quick one-night stay before an early flight home.

The place was immaculate. It was spotless, smelled amazing, just as pictured, and in an awesome location. Blake showed fantastic hospitality. I would book with him anytime!

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable location right near the beach. The owner is quick to respond and the whole check-in/out process is extremely smooth. Definitely will be staying again.

This place is super cute and clean. Check in was easy & host communicated the entire trip. Location is great also, place isn’t too far from most things. Will definitely recommend staying here.

The room is quite small, however it was still amazing for us! We had everything we needed in our room. The grill and pool outside/lounge area, was Perfect! It’s not really 1 minute walk to the beach, but it’s pretty close. Probably a 5 minute walk. The outside of the place doesn’t look to shabby, but like I said the inside is FABULOUS! Will be booking again! 9/10.

The location is amazing, just a 2 minute walk to the beach! We felt safe and well taken care of due to excellent communication on Blake's end! The surrounding area was peaceful and we had no trouble getting around on foot. This airbnb accommodated all of our needs- wish we could have stayed longer!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our spring break trip and it was fantastic! Everything was exactly as said it would be, clean, and ready for our stay. Our host was great at communicating with us about anything we needed! We would definitely book here again!

Great price and able to find it two nights before our trip!! The check in process was so easy to follow and convenient. My favorite part of the stay was the little hang out spot in the middle by the pool. Overall, great and amazing stay!!

Location was great. Literally 1 min walk from beach. Convenient area mins away from everything. Place was clean and looked just like the pictures. Also have a pool, hammock, bon fire area. Everything was nice !! And for a good price. We loved it !! Thanks
