Welcome to Bahama Breeze - our incredibly chic beach-themed boutique hotel! This classic beach motel is newly renovated with all new modern touches and ready to start it's new heyday. We saw the amazing potential the property had, purchased it in mid-2021, and after an in-depth renovation it is ready to be your the ultimate PCB getaway!

Spend your afternoon soaking up the sun at the pool or cabana, or head across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches - literally only 100 yards away!

The newly renovated suites are in the heart of PCB and only steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald blue water! Close to Pier Park, dozens of local restaurants and bars, and steps away from beachfront shops and dining.

When you step into the gated entrance you'll be greeted by the Oasis-like cabana and pool area. This is our favorite part of the property!

Under the covered cabana there is a comfortable seating and ceiling fans to stay cool. The cabana overlooks the crystal-clear pool and lounge bench where you can soak up the sun or cool off on a hot day. And there's a large green space to sprawl out, play frisbee or corn hole, or just enjoy the Florida sun.

Once inside the spacious 2 bedroom unit, you’ll love the beautiful wood flooring, updated furniture, and colorful finishing touches. Each unit has it's own little flare - but yours is the best ;) We saved the original blue and emerald tile in the bathrooms to marry the new modern look with the historic and flaring colors of the traditional beach motel vibe.

You’ll have a fully stocked kitchenette with a fridge and freezer, a two-burner stovetop, microwave, and cookware, and all the dishes and silverware you'll need to make yourself at home and even cook your own meals.

Each bedroom has comfortable memory foam mattresses. One bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and the other bedroom has a queen bed - perfect for a family our small group. Other in-room amenities include a smart TV with all the streaming services for your enjoyment. (Guests needs to sign - in to their own account)

The entire property is also equipped with super-fast WiFi - making the place perfect for a work-cation or vacation streaming.

It is also worth mentioning that this is an older property. Though recently renovated, some things couldn't be changed like the location or number of outlets (they didn't have as many appliances & electronics 70 years ago!). It's not a luxury resort and it is not perfect - but it is a cool spot that we think you will enjoy!

You'll have access to your private suite, and all the common spaces like the pool and cabana.

You'll have the convenience of a contactless check-in, and we have installed a lockbox with a key in it for the guest to use for going in and out. Kindly leave the key in the box so that you won't be charge a lost key fee. Thank you!

The Bahama Breeze you see today is very different from what it used to be. We renovate and redecorate our units to create a unique feel at our properties, but we can't change everything. It's an older property and some things are what they are, but we think that you will see the value with what all it offers.

In 1962 our property was built with some pretty thin walls, and although we have quiet hours, sound will occasionally travel and you could potentially hear your neighbors. Fun has gotten a little louder since the 60’s, so don't let our thin walls stop your fun!

This is also our first go-round with offering this property to guests, and there are always growing pains and if anything needs addressed please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right!

The pool is not heated so expect the water to be cold in the winter months.

The door in the unit has a self lock feature, so rest assured you are safe.

Please note that Early Check - In / Late Check - Out are not guaranteed.

There is no front desk so please message us through the app. We strive to offer a contactless and flexible reservation process for our guests, we don't want to bog you down by having to go to a desk to check-in and all the of structure of a traditional hotel. However, we do have dedicated staff who can be onsite if you need us.

We'd like to inform you that the neighbors of our property, are currently doing a house renovation. We'd like to give a construction notice regarding this. There would be loud noises and heavy random vibrations. Panama City Beach's noise ordinance for working is 7 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends, so they will probably start early most days. Also, this can happen 7 days a week. We will keep you updated as the progress goes. We ask for your understanding in regard to this and We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please let us know if you have any questions, or if we can assist you further.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay and we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

Neat little beach place. Very responsive and accommodating to a slightly early arrival and a minor accident our kid caused. Common outdoor area could use a little more attention, but the unit was nice with some cute decor. Perfect for our one night family stay.

We had a couple minor things to do with the grill and toaster, but the host always responded immediately and fixed everything! The walk to the beach was amazing and pretty low crowd level compared to other areas of PCB.

The place matches the pictures in description. Very close to beach access, extremely safe and peaceful place to spend quality time. The rooms were clean, properly organized and can comfortably accomodate 4 guests. Very happy with the services offered, hosts were proactive with all the communication. Great place to stay! Went on a two day vacation with a couple of friends and had a great time. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. We arrived early and checked in as soon as we got there, we had some trouble with the codes and they responded right away. Rooms looked like the pictures. Thank you for such an amazing stay, we would probably visit again.

We booked this for it's location to the beach and that did NOT disappoint. A very short walk to a public beach access. Even with 2 small children it was easy to go back and forth several times a day. Plus this part of the beach was less crowded, which is what we prefer. Several places were within walking distance, and anything else we wanted to do or go to was a very short drive. Rooms are small but fine for a short stay with 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bedroom. We enjoyed the communal outside area and appreciated the outside shower after a long sandy day at the beach. Great value!

What a fantastic little gem! We stayed here for one night on our way to a bigger resort. The kids weren’t sure when we pulled up, but after walking into the courtyard and room; they were pleasantly surprised and happy. The location to the beach was great. Just a short walk and you had your toes in the sugar sand! The courtyard and pool area were so beautiful. So quaint and serene. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to PCB!

This was a great vacation spot for me and a few friends who just wanted a nice, clean place to stay at! The beach is located right across the road and because it is not near hotels, the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The pool, grassy areas, fire pit, and gazebo were all very relaxing and provided us many different options for our stay! The owners communicated very well, were very kind to us, gave us helpful tips and things that made our stay even better! I would highly recommend and don’t think anybody would be disappointed in staying at Bahama Breeze for their vacation!

reat Experience. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Was able to use all amenities inside the room and the out. Check in /out was super easy. There was an issue with the pool the 2nd night we stayed there but was communicated with, and everything worked out fine ! Literally the rooms looks exactly like the pictures. Driving up to and Parking doesn’t look as appealing but Is definitely worth the stay! The area is super quiet and safe . I was able to stay with 3 adults and one infant in one room! Definitely will be returning. Hidden gem ?

My group and I loved staying here! There were so many positives that came along with a reasonable price. The hosts were wonderful and answered any questions quickly and politely. The shared outdoor area was clean, quiet, and had a nice fire pit where we enjoyed s’mores. The walk to the beach was only 2-3 minutes making carrying any beach items quite easy. The bnb felt very homey and made us want to come back :)

I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway! It’s perfectly located to the beach and the strip. Blake communicates in a timely manner and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. Most importantly our room was clean and smelled fresh! Fully stocked with towels and other things you may need. It’s a nice stay and I would definitely book again.

Blake’s place was amazing, the room was clean and organized, its perfect for a weekend getaway the whole area overall was beautiful it had a really cute sitting area with a fire-pit that was very relaxing. Courtyard is the best part of it all. Clean cut and cool spots to hang out at when you need a break from the beach. Just a road away from the walkway down to the beach is great as well. Little smaller than the pictures made it seem but easily fit 5 as advertised. Great parking area and location felt secure and convenient with gate and door codes given over text (no need to check in or out with anybody!). Will more than likely return to this air bnb!

This property is great. The only surprise is that it was better than expected. The check-in process was easy.. Communication was timely. The beach is right across the street. It is in close proximity to any dining location. The area was very safe and never once felt threatened. The courtyard was a plus. It is very well kept. The pool and cabana was an amazing touch if you wanted to spend a day away from the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed it and we are definitely talking about returning to the same spot in the very near future. If you're are reading this and trying to decide on this property Book Now. Blake was amazing to communicate with! Available right away with any concerns. I would love to rent from them again, just not here. In my honest opinion, I wouldn’t stay here again, with or without my children. The walls are paper thin. Loud music was playing the first night (well past midnight) and I contacted Blake and it was handled immediately. The cabana was just updated/painted/remodeled and you could tell. Decor was simple and nice, there were plenty of pillows and bedding, and plenty of towels and wash cloths. As a family of 5 we had what we needed. The doors were painted so they stuck really bad. The bunk bed squeaked with every move my children made. And the gate that everyone used to come into the complex was never locked and would SLAM with every entry. You could hear that “slam” in the room. Someone was smoking outside their room and we could smell the cigarette smoke into our room. We had to leave for a moment as the smell was just too strong. As you’re in the shower, be mindful that the shower window looks out into the center of the complex. There’s no privacy film on the window. To my surprise, I was washing my face and went to look out and didn’t realize that people were out there, starring right at the window. The cabana is centrally located to everything which was nice that it seemed like everything was right around the corner. Again, even with all of the issues that arose, it was a blessing to have a host who cared and was available. For a quick, weekend getaway with my family, it wasn’t what I hoped for at all, but we had a clean place to lay our head at night.

We are glad you and your family had everything you needed during your stay. And thank you for pointing these issues out to us. We just opened up the property and there are always growing pains - like figuring out the issue with the gate lock and window. The steps have been take to fix and replace it so it no longer slams. And we also glazed the window so it is no longer see-through - mistake on our part! We take feedback seriously and glad you pointed the things out because we are taking the steps to fix all of the above! We want to make sure Bahama Breeze is a great property that can be enjoyed by all. And at the very least, we are glad the communication was appreciate because that is a big focus of ours!

Neat little beach place. Very responsive and accommodating to a slightly early arrival and a minor accident our kid caused. Common outdoor area could use a little more attention, but the unit was nice with some cute decor. Perfect for our one night family stay.

The place matches the pictures in description. Very close to beach access, extremely safe and peaceful place to spend quality time. The rooms were clean, properly organized and can comfortably accomodate 4 guests. Very happy with the services offered, hosts were proactive with all the communication. Would highly recommend this place to others hoping to have a great time in the city.

Great place to stay! Went on a two day vacation with a couple of friends and had a great time. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. We arrived early and checked in as soon as we got there, we had some trouble with the codes and they responded right away. Rooms looked like the pictures. Thank you for such an amazing stay, we would probably visit again.

Great stay! This was a nice little place. Very clean, quiet, safe, and convenient location. There were a couple times that I needed assistance with minor issues (internet and door code) and the hosts were very responsive. I will absolutely check this place out again the next time I stay in the area.

We booked this for it's location to the beach and that did NOT disappoint. A very short walk to a public beach access. Even with 2 small children it was easy to go back and forth several times a day. Plus this part of the beach was less crowded, which is what we prefer. Several places were within walking distance, and anything else we wanted to do or go to was a very short drive. Rooms are small but fine for a short stay with 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 bedroom. We enjoyed the communal outside area and appreciated the outside shower after a long sandy day at the beach. Great value!

Such a great place to stay literally across to the beach it won’t take you not even one minute to get there. They even had snacks waiting for us which was amazing after a long drive we would definitely stay there again

Everything that was listed was here. The location was perfect and seemed as if everything was less than 10-15 minutes away. The outside does look rough but the inside makes up for it. It looks like a cute and cozy motel room. 10/10 definitely recommend! It’s affordable and cute!

What a fantastic little gem! We stayed here for one night on our way to a bigger resort. The kids weren’t sure when we pulled up, but after walking into the courtyard and room; they were pleasantly surprised and happy. The location to the beach was great. Just a short walk and you had your toes in the sugar sand! The courtyard and pool area were so beautiful. So quaint and serene. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to PCB!

This was a great vacation spot for me and a few friends who just wanted a nice, clean place to stay at! The beach is located right across the road and because it is not near hotels, the beach wasn’t crowded at all! The pool, grassy areas, fire pit, and gazebo were all very relaxing and provided us many different options for our stay! The owners communicated very well, were very kind to us, gave us helpful tips and things that made our stay even better! I would highly recommend and don’t think anybody would be disappointed in staying at Bahama Breeze for their vacation!

reat Experience. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Was able to use all amenities inside the room and the out. Check in /out was super easy. There was an issue with the pool the 2nd night we stayed there but was communicated with, and everything worked out fine ! Literally the rooms looks exactly like the pictures. Driving up to and Parking doesn’t look as appealing but Is definitely worth the stay! The area is super quiet and safe . I was able to stay with 3 adults and one infant in one room! Definitely will be returning. Hidden gem ?

My family enjoyed this cute little space. The yard was beautiful and so inviting with the patio next to the pool. Great place to grill out for your family while they swim. My group and I loved staying here! There were so many positives that came along with a reasonable price. The hosts were wonderful and answered any questions quickly and politely. The shared outdoor area was clean, quiet, and had a nice fire pit where we enjoyed s’mores. The walk to the beach was only 2-3 minutes making carrying any beach items quite easy. The bnb felt very homey and made us want to come back :)

I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway! It’s perfectly located to the beach and the strip. Blake communicates in a timely manner and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. Most importantly our room was clean and smelled fresh! Fully stocked with towels and other things you may need. It’s a nice stay and I would definitely book again.

Blake’s place was amazing, the room was clean and organized, its perfect for a weekend getaway the whole area overall was beautiful it had a really cute sitting area with a fire-pit that was very relaxing. Courtyard is the best part of it all. Clean cut and cool spots to hang out at when you need a break from the beach. Just a road away from the walkway down to the beach is great as well. Little smaller than the pictures made it seem but easily fit 5 as advertised. Great parking area and location felt secure and convenient with gate and door codes given over text (no need to check in or out with anybody!). Will more than likely return to this air bnb!

This property is great. The only surprise is that it was better than expected. The check-in process was easy.. Communication was timely. The beach is right across the street. It is in close proximity to any dining location. The area was very safe and never once felt threatened. The courtyard was a plus. It is very well kept. The pool and cabana was an amazing touch if you wanted to spend a day away from the beach. My family thoroughly enjoyed it and we are definitely talking about returning to the same spot in the very near future. If you're are reading this and trying to decide on this property Book Now. You will not be disappointed.

Blake was amazing to communicate with! Available right away with any concerns. I would love to rent from them again, just not here. In my honest opinion, I wouldn’t stay here again, with or without my children. The walls are paper thin. Loud music was playing the first night (well past midnight) and I contacted Blake and it was handled immediately. The cabana was just updated/painted/remodeled and you could tell. Decor was simple and nice, there were plenty of pillows and bedding, and plenty of towels and wash cloths. As a family of 5 we had what we needed. The doors were painted so they stuck really bad. The bunk bed squeaked with every move my children made. And the gate that everyone used to come into the complex was never locked and would SLAM with every entry. You could hear that “slam” in the room. Someone was smoking outside their room and we could smell the cigarette smoke into our room. We had to leave for a moment as the smell was just too strong. As you’re in the shower, be mindful that the shower window looks out into the center of the complex. There’s no privacy film on the window. To my surprise, I was washing my face and went to look out and didn’t realize that people were out there, starring right at the window. The cabana is centrally located to everything which was nice that it seemed like everything was right around the corner. Again, even with all of the issues that arose, it was a blessing to have a host who cared and was available. For a quick, weekend getaway with my family, it wasn’t what I hoped for at all, but we had a clean place to lay our head at night.
