Place was ok. Room was a lot more smaller than pictures. The stove was acting up, we had to keep turning the stove of and on inorder for it to work.

Cute little 2 bedroom with kitchenette area. Lacked a little of attention on details, like having a location to plug in the microwave from where the microwave was located. Dust bunnies under furniture & not luxury bedding but definitely was worth the price, true to its description on their website & great location for the beach

The apartment was small and ok, it probably would use some update with the furniture as they are starting to get old and worn out, especially the couch. We were supposed to stay in the unit for 6days but left after two because we had issues with people smoking weed close to our little ones. We made several complaints to the host but it seems mostly lip service was made. The host was responsive but no concrete actions were taken while we were there. Overall, if you are a family with kids would not recommend it.

The pictures pretty accurately depicted this unit and the property. As others have mentioned in their reviews, this would not be considered "spacious," but it is cozy. The hosts really utilized the space well. Communication was great. A few things for future guests to keep in mind: -you may want to bring some extra drinkware if you have more than 2 guests. -the shower pressure is pretty good and will get hot after you let it run for a few minutes. -the door to the unit is from an exterior entrance. As the pictures show, there are quite a few gates to enter the property, so it is not accessible without codes. We appreciated that this unit was toward the end of the property and therefore did not experience any noise disturbances during our stay.

These accommodations are the best option in Panama City beach. It was near the beach which is great. A very welcoming and relaxing place to stay both for families or couples. It is great also that you don’t hear any noise from the streets. Thanks a lot we enjoyed our stay.

We thing it was a great value for the money. The location was great. Not an ocean view but less than 5 minute walk if no traffic maybe slightly more if that road is busy. Sometimes drivers are nice and will stop to let you walk by. It is a small condo/appartment with 2 private rooms! Well one has a bunk bed so not as private if your sharing it with someone else. I will say 1 tiny thing that I didnt like was that the walls are thin. Once we turned everything off in the bedroom to sleep that is when I heard our neighbors. They were not being rude at all. I could just hear them talking and there tv. Good thing I travel with ear plugs! In front of the building theres a place to sit around a fire, theres a pool, a covered deck with seating and counter space and a grill. And the whole front of the building is surrounded by a privacy fence! We really liked this place and will be coming back to stay again! It is just what we needed!

The location was awesome. The beach was only a few minutes walk and it was a quiet street. I also liked how the courtyard was landscaped and that it was gated. There are also good coffee shops and resto within walking distance. The place itself was a good value for the money - two rooms and a kitchen. The bunk bed was very squeaky but it was bearable. Definitely a favorite in PCB!

The place was nice & cozy overall. My favorite part was the pool/ cabana area. It was a good area to take pictures and relax. The beds were comfy too. The pictures made it seem like this place was a little bit bigger than I expected but still was amazing for the price. Their wasn’t enough towels or a broom in our facility but the ladies cleaning around the facility helped us receive them with no hassle. & this place is just a short walk from beach!!

The place was exactly like the pictures. It is perfect for a small family or two couples for a getaway. It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach which is right across the street as well as food within walking distance. It was a very quite and private place to stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Blake was very quick to respond with a solution to any issue that came up. There weren’t many, just a wifi issue and needing some extra towels, but he responded within minutes and made sure that our stay was exceptional. Our family enjoyed this rental and being so close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Small problem with check-in. The code provided did not work for unlocking the key lockbox. I had to call in order to receive the correct code. Other than that, the stay was great! Very clean. Exactly what is pictured. I received extra linens within 2 hours of requesting more. The common area with the fire pit and pool is very nicely kept. Definitely would recommend!

1. Communication- The communication was excellent! Any questions I had Blake answered me within 10 minutes. He kept me up to date with everything! He made sure if anything concerning came up to contact him and it will be situated. Wonderful wonderful wonderful communication. 2. The place - The apartment was perfect! Super clean! Really simple but yet it gave you that home feeling! I had my family with me total of 6 and we were fine! The kitchen had everything you could need! The beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean had all your shampoos ,body wash etc. Loved the color scheme very beach vibe! The outside had the pool and the grill as well as a little fire pit with seats. It was so chill n relaxing! 3. Location- omg you are literally right across the street from the beach! I mean less then 3 min walk and your on the sand! Also your close to everything stores, restaurants, liquor store! I mean the location is incredible! Whenever my family and I go back to PCB! I will be staying here again! No questions asked! If your ever in PCB this is the place to stay y’all!! ?????? Blake thanks for everything!

Bahama Breeze was such a cute little place to stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The pool was an extra benefit since one of the days there was a double red flag on the beach. Totally recommend!

We stayed 2days/3 nights. Checked in to find out we couldn’t use the pool…it was green with algae. Other guests I spoke to were not happy either because their kids wanted to swim. I immediately told management about it but by the time someone finally came around to address the problem, we were checking out. Other than that, we had a nice time. Our unit was clean and close to the beach and a just short drive to the attractions.

How did we become scam artists? We did everything to be a good host to you and in return, you damaged our grill, smoked inside the unit which is clearly a violation of our house rules and refused to pay the charge for the damages you've caused. The place was really great! The location is perfect for wanting to go out to the beach and be a tourist, there are plenty of things to do for all ages. The condo itself was exactly what you would need in order to have a good time. The walls are a little thin but as long as you don’t have any rude neighbours everything is perfectly fine.

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean, the check in was easy and the location was perfect. The only reason why I gave four stars instead of five was that the electric sockets didn’t work except the one for the fridge. Blake was very helpful send us an electrician and offered us to move to a different unit. We didn’t want to move because it was already so late and we only stayed for two nights. The electrician said he would come back later and fix the problem but he never came back. So we couldn’t use the stove nor charge our phones. After we left I saw the recession from Benjamin which shows that this seems to be a long term problem. It’s definitely not the fault from Blake the communication was always easy and kind. Otherwise from that Problem it is as five star stay at a great place with a great host!

Blake was prompt and very informative; he gave us suggestions on what to do and what to eat in the area. The apartment was clean and it was located very close to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the apartment itself was well equipped. We had a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay here again!
