This is a great stay for the price, is perfect for couples or friends getaway. It really is what they described, only thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear everything around but other than that is a good place to stay for short period of time.

Communication was exceptional! When we arrived, we were sent the wrong smart lock code. I contacted adventure stays & they responded immediately with a new code. The floors were a bit sandy, but it was ok… I mean it’s the beach. Sand is everywhere ! When we arrived , the bed’s hardware was very loose, & we got an immediate response from adventure stays … so that was great! Everything was clean, except the bathroom had hair in the tub.. Everything was exactly how it was presented. The walls are very thin, so if you’re a light sleeper like me… you better take your fan or sound machine! I loved my stay at bahama breeze, other than the smell that came out of the bathroom, it would be a 10/10 if it weren’t for the sewage smell. I had to plug my nose to be able to shower. But my fiancé said that it didn’t bother him. Overall, you can not beat the price or location. It was perfect for bikeweek!

If you don't care about sleep or privacy this is your place. Walls are to thin, literally hear every word others say like they are in the room with you, tv in next room over was at the head of our bed, again because walls so thin we couldn't even relax and watch anything. Quiet hours are not respected and sleeping with earplugs did not help. The moment they called and asked me to change my arrival day I should have known just to cancel. This was our 25th wedding anniversary, we are 49 and 50 with teens at home so we were hoping for a nice relaxing getaway that was peaceful, not at all what we got. The one positive was the location as it was a very short walk to the beach. There is nowhere to put clothing so for a week you liveout of your suitcase. Sitting to watch any TV is in the bed, bathroom smelled of sewer and I believe every night but 1 did I have to message the management about noise after 10, and still the noise went on till 1 am some nights. I will not be staying here again.

This place was a nice stay. 100% like the listing! They were also extremely responsive! Only complaint is that they need bigger skillets if you plan to cook from home. Otherwise I absolutely loved this place!!!! :)

The property is a beautiful, peaceful oasis. You feel closed off from the neighborhood around, and it's only a 2-3 min walk across the street to the beach. The pool and cabana seating area was perfection! The room was extremely clean, but did have a funky smell in the bathroom under the sink and the walls are very thin. While we were there, most people were considerate and observed the nightly quiet hours, but we did get noisy neighbors one night at the beginning of our stay and one night at the end. I messaged the property manger, and they were great about it by reminded the other guests of the quiet hours and offered us another room. We'd stay here again for value.

Cute space with easy access to the beach. Compact suite just perfect for my quick weekend stay in the midst of business travel. Very responsive to messages. Interior access provided a nice sense of security.

This trip woulda been a five star if the pool was open! I drove 5 hours for my birthday vacation and specifically wanted to stay here so I could swim in the pool. The bathroom also had a bad smell coming from the drain.

We had a great stay! The community area with the pool, fireplace, And cabana was super nice to hangout at. The rooms were cute. It was a very short walk to the beach! Blake was alway quick to get back with us with any needs and was always very polite.

When I arrived, the bed was broken and after a couple of hours there was this horrible smell coming from the room. When I messaged about these, the response to fix the bed was rapid, however the smell was completely ignored. I inquired about a partial refund for the several troubles and was told they would reach out after speaking to management- over a week ago. Honestly, the place would not have been bad at all if the smell was not there. I left a one star for communication only because of the managerial situation. Communication from their team is rapid and kind.

The floor was sandy when we walked in. The furniture and cabinets are cheap and not well assembled. There were no extra blankets. I am a small person and when I bumped my hip against the kitchen sink, the front panel fell off. The walls are thin, and there is no quiet hour request, so people next door played loud music until early in the morning. Not one gate was secured or locked at any time during our stay.

Short 25 min from the airport Perfect location..literal steps to the beach Access point was never crowed and beautiful sand! Courtyard is clean and very accessible Room was perfect all accommodations are true to listing Outstanding communication We could get about anywhere with a 5-30 min drive Pier, helicopter, 30A, Sunset cruise Plenty of restaurant choices for all ages again 5-30 min away Will definitely be returning

My husband and I stayed at bahama breeze for a whole week last week and it was such a great place! The room was clean and we had all the proper necessities. We especially loved that they have a guest area in the courtyard with a grill, a hammock, and a pool! There was plenty of parking and plenty of gate entrances. Our room was closer to the beach so we just walked out the gate, walked across the street and we’re on the beach! I will say the only thing is that the walls are thin, so if you have any neighbors you will definitely hear them, but that’s to be expected! The host was very nice and responded very quickly to all of our concerns! We recommend bahama breeze to everyone wanting to visit Panama City beach!

A cute room, my only complaints are the walls are very thin and there’s no place to put any clothing or your stuff in. There is a desk and table but a dresser or even a shelf or small closet would go a long way. If you are ok living out of a suitcase it’s no problem. Otherwise it was a great place to stay, the location is amazing and the host is very good at communicating. I would book this room again.

This was an amazing place to stay as two young woman we felt safe with the fenced in property, the room was very clean and super cute to match any aesthetic, super close to great restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the beach that was very private and quite. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again and also loved having a rental car to explore areas a little further out! Parking is on lot and felt like a safe neighborhood, pool/beach towels are provided but we also bought some while down their! Definitely recommend it was a great stay!

We stayed here for our baby moon and we would stay here again! Great communication if you needed anything, easy check in and out. It is small and the walls are thin so you can hear next door - but we were only there to sleep so we didn’t mind it! Location isn’t the greatest part of Panama but driving distance isn’t far from all the things to do and there is beach access across the street! Also- try the coffee shop “Pour” right down the street- it’s great!

The unit was renovated, which was great! The location is also ideal. But there are some things that could use improving. Not sure if all units are the same but 103 wreaked of either cigarette or cigar smoke. The bedding also smelled of smoke, couldn’t escape it. I didn’t bother to complain about that because I figured all of them were probably that way. Housekeeping could also improve on making sure all sand is swept up prior to new guests arriving. We wore indoor shoes to avoid sandy feet. Other than that, our stay was fine.

This Airbnb truly exceeded our expectations. The room had everything we needed for a nice week at the beach. The outdoor amenities, such as the pool and hammock, were amazing. The location was also great, with it only being a short five-minute walk to a relatively quiet, beautiful beach. The host was amazing and helpful whenever we had any questions as well. I would absolutely stay here again.

Price is okay, just not worth the walls are thin and the necessities its lacks. I’ve been here twice In the first unit, I was extremely cold because of how the door sat in the frame. The same night I was brought an extra heater the power in the unit went out leaving me in poor condition overnight. The second one (this one) the showerhead isn’t operable so you have to take a bath. I could hear the tv in the unit next to me and it wasn’t up high at all.

This airbnb by far has the best and secure location. PROS: - Tons of room for parking, tons of property space for lounging such as patio and yard space, and pool area was awesome. - Our room was perfect for two! Had everything we need. Kitchen, bathroom, bed, and yet had a ton of space to walk around. Tv was one of the best tv’s ever (random opinion, haha) normally when we stay in a hotel/airbnb the tv’s are of lower quality. So I appreciated this the most :-). - Location was EVERYTHING. Beach entrance #46 is literally across the street. My bf and I just carefully crossed the street when we wanted to have a beach day. We also walked all the way to the pier (10 min walk) and on the way to the pier is an ice cream shop with the bestttt ice cream. Pier Park is only like 5-7 min drive, and if you need to go to the store walmart was also a nearby drive. CONS: The walls were pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors, however this honestly wasn’t an issue for my bf and I. The walls being thin was the only con we had, but the pros definitely made the “cons” nonexistent bc with the amenities, location, and things being in walking distance. We would still book again and again! Blake was an awesome host. Expect great communication, if you have questions Blake answers pretty quick with clear answers and was pretty attentive for any needs we had.
