Our 2021-renovated lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in South Lake Tahoe. The space is well-equipped with two separate bedrooms and a shared living room, as well as one full-sized, fully-equipped kitchen.
And after a long hike or long day on the slopes, relaxing in the jacuzzi tub in your room is a must! There is plenty of outdoor space to relax.
When you walk in the door, you will be welcomed by a clean scent and wooden furniture, cozy sitting areas, and custom gas fireplaces, which create the feel of a mountain oasis.
You’ll have the convenience of a full kitchen, complete with cookware and a dining area. The living room is open and spacious and highlighted by the custom fireplace. Above it is a smart TV with all your favorite streaming services—with super-fast WiFi for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!
The cabin has a gas fireplace in the living room AND master bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, and some units come with a jacuzzi as well (please confirm unit type with us your unit prior to arrival).
Each large bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a desk area for our work-from-home guests. All the space inside the unit is completely private, and only the outside are being shared.
You can access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from check-in to check-out.
We have a local manager who can be available for extenuating circumstances or emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contactless check-in and checkout procedure.
The neighborhood is composed mostly of lodges (don't worry—you are staying at the best around!).
Parking is available on site in the lot in front and along the building. Overflow parking is on the side and along the back side of the building on the street.
Once you park, you can walk or take a Lime or Uber scooter almost anywhere in South Lake Tahoe. All the best amenities are a short walk away.
Please be aware that other guests are staying in other units.
The building was built in the 50s, and unfortunately, sometimes noise can be heard from the upstairs units because of thin walls, but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.
Your furry friends are welcome for an additional fee (please contact us before booking to ensure availability). We charge this for the extra cleaning costs associated to ensure the room is sparkly-clean for the next guests at the end of the reservation. Considering future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture, including the beds.
Please take note of the following:
- We do not have a generator for power interruptions.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We cannot take personal mail/deliveries on your behalf at the property due to privacy/liability concerns!

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your visit. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

2 - Pets:
a) At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit.
b) Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcomed to join you for your stay.
b) We have maximum of two pets per unit.
c) All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
d) You must clean up and dispose of your pets waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entry way doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).
e) Pets can be left openly unattended in the unit and in the kennel, as long as they don't bark constantly.
f) An extra $50 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.
g) Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancelation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
3 - Early check-in:
a) Please note that we charge a $25 fee for early check-in and kindly give us a heads up if you are going to check-in early.
4 - Late check-out:
a)Please note that we charge a $25 fee if you are going to check out late.
Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.
Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
