Welcome to the Moose and Maple Lodge! This great location is within walking distance of the most popular attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Spend your stay exploring Heavenly Village and the Gondola to Heavenly Resort, Lakeside Beach at Lake Tahoe, Harrah's and Hard Rock Casino, and dozens of restaurants,galleries,and bars.The cabin-style lodge has:

Our chic lodge offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The space is well-equipped with one queen-size and two full-sized memory foam mattresses. And after a long hike or long day on the slopes, relaxing in the Bathtub in your room is a must! And there is plenty of outdoor space from the outdoor bar, outdoor game area, and shared balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains to make the most of your time in the clear, crisp mountain air.

The Moose and Maple Lodge gets its name from the friendly moose statue out front (feel free to snap a picture and tag us @MooseandMapleLodge) and the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscape. The lodge is a multi-unit, recently renovated boutique property.

You will be welcomed the moment you walk in the door by hand-crafted log and wooden furniture, cozy sitting areas, and custom gas fireplaces that create the feel of a mountain oasis.

You’ll have the convenience of a full kitchen, complete with cookware, and a dining area. The living room is open and spacious and highlighted by the custom fireplace, above which is a smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account for your enjoyment, (But guests needs to sign - in their on account) as well as all the other streaming services - with super-fast WiFi for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!

The cabin has a gas fireplace in the living room AND master bedroom, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, and the master bathroom has the added bonus of a bathtub to highlight your relaxing stay or romantic getaway ;)

Each large bedroom has its own closet with hangers and a desk area for our work-from-homers. And all the space inside the unit is completely private and only the outside areas like the balcony is being shared.

The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. Hang out in the outdoor game area. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights out on the spacious balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains. So, what are you waiting for?

You will access your room via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and you will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can't walk to or hop on a Lime or Uber scooter to get to. We give the walkability a 10/10!

Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units.

The building was built in the 50’s and unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard from the upstairs units because of thin walls , but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.

Your furry friends are welcome for an additional $50 pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds.

Please be informed that the pool is closed for winter.

Please note that we do not have Generator for power interruptions.

The pool is currently not available.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Many of these factors are out of our control, so we ask for your understanding when reviewing the property. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, you just let us know.

A Brief But Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb hosted by Adventure Stays. It was clean and cozy. But the pillows smelled something left from the previous guests. And the bath tub looked quite old, so I used only shower and no complaints about that. The air conditioner was portable, so it’s pretty noisy. But it was not so hot so at night, so at least we could sleep quietly without the noise. Except those things, it was really cozy like home to stay with family. And the staffs were really responsive. I needed more towels and coffee pods but I couldn’t find the property manager, so I sent an email through the airbnb. The staff came to my door with them in a minutes as soon as I got the reply. I think the price is quite reasonable.

BEWARE: Bedbug infested rock hard mattresses!!!! First The place smelt of Lavender fabuloso. The smell was so strong it was barely tolerable. The floors were so dirty my 2 yr old was running around barefoot and her feet were so dirty within A half an hr. After complaining to the management they sent someone to mop the floors. It was a hot weekend and there was one ax window unit in the middle room which was the sitting room and both the bedrooms were burning hot. Barely got any sleep from the heat. The beds are so hard my 7 yr old who was exhausted from swimming in the lake all day got up in the middle of the night complaining of the hard beds and he can’t sleep. And the icing on the cake were the bed bugs. My son has bed big bites all over his torso. He has been itching for many days and seems like there will be permanent marks left behind.

Please be aware this feels, and may very well be, a converted motel. Still very charming and the location is unbeatable. But definitely don’t expect a 5 star hotel :). We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness and easy in and out of the place. Would recommend.

I only stayed for one night and wished I'd stayed more. The lake was not even 2 minutes away and there was so much to do and see around it, yet it was still very peaceful and quiet. It was spotless and had everything we needed. They were also very helpful when we left behind a couple things.

Great spot for our family of four for two nights. Loved the location. In the heart of everything and walkable to shops, stores and food. Lodge was slightly off the beaten path so it was quiet in the evening. Communication from host was exceptional and super responsive which made everything easy from start to finish. Everything in our unit worked great. My only wish was to have closet shelves or a dresser type piece in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a perfect location walkable to beach, casinos and gondola; it gets three stars just for that. The unit itself is basically a manager's quarters for an old hotel with connecting doors to a single queen bed and two double bed hotel rooms with a small combined kitchen + living room in the middle. Overall, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. We did have a few points of feedback: - freezer and fridge had clearly not been cleaned because there was a bunch of frozen liquid covering the entire bottom of the freezer and there was leftover takeout food from the previous tenants in the fridge. - Kitchen is limited because there is barely any cooking equipment and no oven, so I wouldn't expect to cook much - We requested a late checkout 26 hours before our checkout time and the communication was poor around if that was possible and what time, if at all. It ended up limiting our Sunday plans because of this lack of quality communication.

Over all the stay was nice and we would recommend it to others. Positive: We had plenty of space in our 2 bedroom. Everything was updated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary laundry. Location was great. Negative: We didn’t have an area rug in our upstairs unit as advertised. Would have helped with the noise. A coffee table would have been nice too. The office was a disaster, not a good first impression. A broom in the unit would have been nice since there is no maid service.

Our stay was great. Awesome location in a walking distance to the gondola , restaurants etc. very clean and organized unit that was great for a 4 members family. Additionally the place is overall super pet friendly - our furry friend enjoyed a lot. The staff was very responsive. Every message was answered within few minutes and on-site person came immediately to check a non working lamp, bring more coffee pods etc. Our only comment is that the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as expected. We missed utensils, glasses , wine glasses, spices etc. other than that- highly recommended place.

We recently stayed at this lodge for 2 nights. The location is perfect (for skiing at Heavenly). The place was pretty clean and had the essentials. Unfortunately there was a water heater problem upon check-in, and we didn't get hot water until about 7:30pm. The host was extremely responsive though, constantly updating us on the water heater issue.

Awesome location and within close proximity to state line and Heavenly village. Our rental was clean, cozy with 2 separate bedrooms and small living area with fully stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions and communication. Really appreciated being able to have our dog with us during our stay. If your looking at Gondola or concerts, this is a great location as everything is within a short walk or you can always jump on a Lime/Bird scooter.

We had a wonderful time! The location and unit was great, everything was as advertised, and the Adventure Stays staff was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure everything was good! We love the general area in South Lake Tahoe that this unit was in - very dog friendly and relaxing, and yet so close to the main strip. It was also nice that the Moose and Maple Lodge has a nice sitting/BBQ area on the top deck that has nice views of the buildings/street towards the lake - it was a very nice place to hang out, and it worked out that different groups used it at different times. We would definitely like to come here again!

Highly recommend & would love to come back with my family. The apartment was as pictured, very clean & comfortable. There was only one loud AC blasting in one room though, whereas the other room has only a fan. That didn't bother us as the temperature was pretty comfortable at night (even when it reached 90F during the day) and I just turned off the AC to avoid the noise. Nice convenient location & very quiet.

A great place. Next to a beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, grocery store. Quiet though, it's on a side street, just a block from the street with all the stuff. I loved the jacuzzi and the beautiful glass and marble shower. The free K-cups and Kureg were a very nice touch. Laundry access on premises was very helpful on a multi-stop trip through California.

We had great time at Blake’s place. The lodge is very well done from inside. Both rooms, bathroom and common room are very comfortable. All amenities are present inside the house. The location of the place is really good. Everything is at walking distance. Getting parking is a also easy. It was very comfortable to check-in and checkout and Blake was very responsive and available. I would love to stay with him next time I visit Lake Tahoe.

Blake's place was very central to where all the restaurants outside of the casinos were. This was essential to our travel plans with kids. This cute and cozy unit was a wonderful place for my friends and I to stay on our recent trip to Tahoe! The place was clean, organized, and welcoming. Having a keypad lock was convenient because we never had to worry about losing a key. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us and we even enjoyed nightly foot soaks in the jacuzzi bathtub after spending all day in the snow!

Enough space for all the guest to feel comfortable. The only thing I would consider if booking here is that you can’t have too much noise after 10:00pm. This can be a problem if you are at Tahoe with friends and trying to keep the fun going when you come back from your activities.

The place was very clean and well kept and in a well established location. Comes with the basic essentials to everything, so no need to over pack..The environment was calm and people were very respectful. Even though the unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer within, it was not an inconvenience to wash and dry. M&M was close to many local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed and will definitely book again.

Location is splendid! Exterior of the home belies the gem inside! The living room + kitchen is a bit small but the both bedrooms are beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are great too. This is a great location for anyone looking to hit the slopes at Heavenly for a weekend. 5-minute walk from the Gondola, enough said! That also means you’re 5 minutes away from the shops, restaurants and the happenings of South Lake Tahoe. Period. Access wise it’s very easy and convenient. Once you’re parked and enters with the keyless code, there’s plenty of heating to ensure you’re cozy and your gear dries properly. A nice full size kitchen for easy breakfast. Bedding is very comfortable and restrooms are easy to use. The only things to consider for working long weekenders — wifi can be a bit tricky here for remote working, maybe bring your own hotspot. Not much TV entertainment to be had with the 32’ screen mounted 6’-5” off the floor. There is a nice and big dinner table for board games though. For families/light sleepers, be aware that you can hear a lot through the thin walls/floor. We were able to hear our downstairs neighbors even though we stayed in a corner unit.

The kitchen/dining area and second bedroom made it a great place to stay with kids. Plus, great location, very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Heavenly Village, the gondola, and a nice Lake Tahoe beach. Everything is so close even our 2 year old could make the walk. The unit itself is pretty basic but has all the necessities. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Even with that they still made sure to get ours done first since we were there (slightly before checkin time). Room was clean and warm. This place was unbelievable! I will never stay anywhere else in Tahoe if it's possible! The cleanliness, the beds, the layout, the hot tub, It was all to make you feel like a king on vacation. Other lodgers were quiet yet friendly. And it's a nice place to walk around and so close to everything. I can't say enough but that this is definitely a gem!

The place is exactly like described. The location is amazing because you can just walk to heavenly village and also a walks away from the lake! The fireplaces were amazing since it was a bit cold at night. The entire place is fully renovated so it was great! The hosts communication is also a big plus! A Brief But Wonderful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb hosted by Adventure Stays. Though our visit was regrettably short, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The property was beautifully maintained and exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was clean and cozy. But the pillows smelled something left from the previous guests. And the bath tub looked quite old, so I used only shower and no complaints about that. The air conditioner was portable, so it’s pretty noisy. But it was not so hot so at night, so at least we could sleep quietly without the noise. Except those things, it was really cozy like home to stay with family. And the staffs were really responsive. I needed more towels and coffee pods but I couldn’t find the property manager, so I sent an email through the airbnb. The staff came to my door with them in a minutes as soon as I got the reply. I think the price is quite reasonable.

BEWARE: Bedbug infested rock hard mattresses!!!! First The place smelt of Lavender fabuloso. The smell was so strong it was barely tolerable. The floors were so dirty my 2 yr old was running around barefoot and her feet were so dirty within A half an hr. After complaining to the management they sent someone to mop the floors. It was a hot weekend and there was one ax window unit in the middle room which was the sitting room and both the bedrooms were burning hot. Barely got any sleep from the heat. The beds are so hard my 7 yr old who was exhausted from swimming in the lake all day got up in the middle of the night complaining of the hard beds and he can’t sleep. And the icing on the cake were the bed bugs. My son has bed big bites all over his torso. He has been itching for many days and seems like there will be permanent marks left behind.

Please be aware this feels, and may very well be, a converted motel. Still very charming and the location is unbeatable. But definitely don’t expect a 5 star hotel :). We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness and easy in and out of the place. Would recommend.

I only stayed for one night and wished I'd stayed more. The lake was not even 2 minutes away and there was so much to do and see around it, yet it was still very peaceful and quiet. It was spotless and had everything we needed. They were also very helpful when we left behind a couple things.

Great spot for our family of four for two nights. Loved the location. In the heart of everything and walkable to shops, stores and food. Lodge was slightly off the beaten path so it was quiet in the evening. Communication from host was exceptional and super responsive which made everything easy from start to finish. Everything in our unit worked great. My only wish was to have closet shelves or a dresser type piece in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of things to do nearby and also lots of restaurants close by. The place was clean and just like how it was mentioned in the photos. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is a perfect location walkable to beach, casinos and gondola; it gets three stars just for that. The unit itself is basically a manager's quarters for an old hotel with connecting doors to a single queen bed and two double bed hotel rooms with a small combined kitchen + living room in the middle. Overall, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and the heating system worked well. We did have a few points of feedback: - freezer and fridge had clearly not been cleaned because there was a bunch of frozen liquid covering the entire bottom of the freezer and there was leftover takeout food from the previous tenants in the fridge. - Kitchen is limited because there is barely any cooking equipment and no oven, so I wouldn't expect to cook much - We requested a late checkout 26 hours before our checkout time and the communication was poor around if that was possible and what time, if at all. It ended up limiting our Sunday plans because of this lack of quality communication.

Negative: the tv remote in 15b was hard to use the buttons didn’t work, the wifi wasn’t working the first day we stayed the night, and the bedroom carpet in 15b smelled bad. but overall clean.

Over all the stay was nice and we would recommend it to others. Positive: We had plenty of space in our 2 bedroom. Everything was updated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary laundry. Location was great. Negative: We didn’t have an area rug in our upstairs unit as advertised. Would have helped with the noise. A coffee table would have been nice too. The office was a disaster, not a good first impression. A broom in the unit would have been nice since there is no maid service.

Our stay was great. Awesome location in a walking distance to the gondola , restaurants etc. very clean and organized unit that was great for a 4 members family. Additionally the place is overall super pet friendly - our furry friend enjoyed a lot. The staff was very responsive. Every message was answered within few minutes and on-site person came immediately to check a non working lamp, bring more coffee pods etc. Our only comment is that the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked as expected. We missed utensils, glasses , wine glasses, spices etc. other than that- highly recommended place.

We recently stayed at this lodge for 2 nights. The location is perfect (for skiing at Heavenly). The place was pretty clean and had the essentials. Unfortunately there was a water heater problem upon check-in, and we didn't get hot water until about 7:30pm. The host was extremely responsive though, constantly updating us on the water heater issue.

Awesome location and within close proximity to state line and Heavenly village. Our rental was clean, cozy with 2 separate bedrooms and small living area with fully stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions and communication. Really appreciated being able to have our dog with us during our stay. If your looking at Gondola or concerts, this is a great location as everything is within a short walk or you can always jump on a Lime/Bird scooter.

We had a wonderful time! The location and unit was great, everything was as advertised, and the Adventure Stays staff was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure everything was good! We love the general area in South Lake Tahoe that this unit was in - very dog friendly and relaxing, and yet so close to the main strip. It was also nice that the Moose and Maple Lodge has a nice sitting/BBQ area on the top deck that has nice views of the buildings/street towards the lake - it was a very nice place to hang out, and it worked out that different groups used it at different times. We would definitely like to come here again!

Highly recommend & would love to come back with my family. The apartment was as pictured, very clean & comfortable. There was only one loud AC blasting in one room though, whereas the other room has only a fan. That didn't bother us as the temperature was pretty comfortable at night (even when it reached 90F during the day) and I just turned off the AC to avoid the noise. Nice convenient location & very quiet.

A great place. Next to a beach, casinos, bars, restaurants, grocery store. Quiet though, it's on a side street, just a block from the street with all the stuff. I loved the jacuzzi and the beautiful glass and marble shower. The free K-cups and Kureg were a very nice touch. Laundry access on premises was very helpful on a multi-stop trip through California.

We had great time at Blake’s place. The lodge is very well done from inside. Both rooms, bathroom and common room are very comfortable. All amenities are present inside the house. The location of the place is really good. Everything is at walking distance. Getting parking is a also easy. It was very comfortable to check-in and checkout and Blake was very responsive and available. I would love to stay with him next time I visit Lake Tahoe.

Blake's place was very central to where all the restaurants outside of the casinos were. This was essential to our travel plans with kids. The unit is a corner unit which made running downstairs to the car very convenient. The entire unit was very comfortable and organized. We had access to the pool and the communication was excellent.

This cute and cozy unit was a wonderful place for my friends and I to stay on our recent trip to Tahoe! The place was clean, organized, and welcoming. Having a keypad lock was convenient because we never had to worry about losing a key. We had plenty of space for the 5 of us and we even enjoyed nightly foot soaks in the jacuzzi bathtub after spending all day in the snow!

My last trip to Tahoe was better due to this AirBnB. The location is great as you are within walking distance to everything. Blake was very responsive to my every question or concern. Enough space for all the guest to feel comfortable. The only thing I would consider if booking here is that you can’t have too much noise after 10:00pm. This can be a problem if you are at Tahoe with friends and trying to keep the fun going when you come back from your activities.

The place was very clean and well kept and in a well established location. Comes with the basic essentials to everything, so no need to over pack..The environment was calm and people were very respectful. Even though the unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer within, it was not an inconvenience to wash and dry. M&M was close to many local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed and will definitely book again.

This is a great location for anyone looking to hit the slopes at Heavenly for a weekend. 5-minute walk from the Gondola, enough said! That also means you’re 5 minutes away from the shops, restaurants and the happenings of South Lake Tahoe. Period. Access wise it’s very easy and convenient. Once you’re parked and enters with the keyless code, there’s plenty of heating to ensure you’re cozy and your gear dries properly. A nice full size kitchen for easy breakfast. Bedding is very comfortable and restrooms are easy to use. The only things to consider for working long weekenders — wifi can be a bit tricky here for remote working, maybe bring your own hotspot. Not much TV entertainment to be had with the 32’ screen mounted 6’-5” off the floor. There is a nice and big dinner table for board games though. For families/light sleepers, be aware that you can hear a lot through the thin walls/floor. We were able to hear our downstairs neighbors even though we stayed in a corner unit.

The kitchen/dining area and second bedroom made it a great place to stay with kids. Plus, great location, very walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Heavenly Village, the gondola, and a nice Lake Tahoe beach. Everything is so close even our 2 year old could make the walk. The unit itself is pretty basic but has all the necessities. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We dropped in last minute due to snow storm and they were hard at work cleaning rooms but short on staff due to the traffic and weather. Even with that they still made sure to get ours done first since we were there (slightly before checkin time). Room was clean and warm. It wasn’t obvious that this was a lodge, but its a recently renovated room that was well taken care of and excellent location.

This place was unbelievable! I will never stay anywhere else in Tahoe if it's possible! The cleanliness, the beds, the layout, the hot tub, It was all to make you feel like a king on vacation. Other lodgers were quiet yet friendly. And it's a nice place to walk around and so close to everything. I can't say enough but that this is definitely a gem!

The place is exactly like described. The location is amazing because you can just walk to heavenly village and also a walks away from the lake! The fireplaces were amazing since it was a bit cold at night. The entire place is fully renovated so it was great! The hosts communication is also a big plus!
